Our primary goal here at The Fitzroy is to ensure you look and feel your best for your upcoming special event or photoshoot, while facilitating an easy, positive and stress-free experience from start to finish. This means providing exceptional customer service at every step of the process, from creating a welcoming, inclusive and fun environment where everyone feels heard, supported and empowered to making sure your dress arrives to you on schedule and ready for you to rock!
We know that dress shopping can often be a daunting task, and are here to help you through the process as your personal stylists and make sure you come out looking and feeling your best, every time. We’re here to extend the life of each garment while minimizing closet clutter and to have you feel that magic energy that comes from renting a dress that that has been to such happy occasions (weddings, birthdays, the Oscars!) and passing on those great vibes to the next person. A KILLER COLLECTION
Our buyers work directly with the brands each season to curate our stunning collection of dresses, gowns, suits and accessories from international labels that you would normally spend mega-dollars on just to wear once or twice. We believe these types of formal garments do not need to be owned to be enjoyed. Enough with an over-stuffed closet of one-time-wear items; rent from our dream closet instead and have a new fab outfit every time without the guilt or hefty price tag!
We are committed to keeping our collection current, having options for every type of formal occasion, and expanding our size range. We currently stock sizes 0-20, and are constantly challenging our contacts in the fashion industry to create more size-inclusive collections for us to draw from.

Our mission at The Fitzroy is to flip the script from the tired and outdated shopping patterns of fast fashion and over-consumption that are causing our planet so much harm. We aim to provide an alternative, sustainable solution, where our closet is your closet, and we see our items used and re-used, making people happy time and again.
