ShopFitzroy will gladly accept returns for all unworn, regular priced merchandise that are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached) within 3 days of receipt of delivery.
For all returns and exchanges, please send an email stating your reason for returning to email@example.com with order number and specific items requesting to be returned/exchange within 3 days from the date the package was delivered and we will issue a Return Authorization (RA#). Once your return/exchange is authorized by Shopfitzroy.com, you will receive an RA#.
Items must be returned to us within 10 days (Domestic)/ 20 days (International) from the date we issue your RA#. For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return.
Returns must be received in new, unworn, and unwashed condition and with all tags attached. Pack all garments securely and write the RA# on the outside of the package. Send pre-paid and insured package to the address stated below. All returns must be shipped via traceable and insured mail with a tracking number.

Once we receive your package, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 2 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
Note: Shipping and handling and customs charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges can only be made for a different size of the original purchased product, we will check that the merchandise you requested is in stock. If not, you may choose to return the item. Once your exchange is authorized by Shopfitzroy.com, you will receive a RA#.
