RENTALS:

Two way express shipping within Ontario is $25 which includes tracking and a pre-paid returns packet!

Within downtown Toronto you can select 2-way courier service to your office or building concierge for $25.

Pick-up from our Toronto location is always FREE!

Rentals to the rest of Canada outside Ontario ship 2 ways with a pre-paid return box for $33.

*We unfortunately cannot ship Rentals to the United States at this time. 

Shipping Process

Rentals ship via Canada Post with a tracking number, and are guaranteed to arrive on or before your rental booking start date. (subject to availability).

We will ship rentals Monday to Friday, excluding national Holidays.

Taxes are not included in the price and will be added where applicable. Ontario residents pay 13% HST, B.C. residents pay 12% HST, and all other provinces pay 5% GST.

Orders outside Canada are not required to pay Canadian taxes, however they may be subject to other taxes, customs and duties imposed by your local government. ShopFitzroy is not responsible for any additional taxes, duties or customs fees charged to the customer.

If the shipment is refused the customer is responsible for cost of returning goods.

Please make sure you double check shipping information as ShopFitzroy is unable to re-route packages.
